WELCOME TO MOO WORLD

Loved at First Bite

WHERE THE MOO STORY BEGINS

Moo Bites began long before it had a name — 32 years ago, in a small family bakery in Brazil. Back then, our shelves were filled with all kinds of delicious treats, but one thing always stood out: our cheese bread. It was the favorite. The one people kept coming back for. That’s when we knew we had something special.

Decades later, we decided to take that same pão de queijo people loved and reimagine it for today. The result? Moo Bites — a fun, flavorful, and feel-good snack made with real cheese and clean ingredients. No gluten, no soy, no sugar, no artificial stuff. Just the best part of tradition, with a bold new twist. Moo Bites is more than a bite — it’s a story, a memory, and a mood.

  • What exactly are Moo Bites?
Moo Bites are our modern twist on the traditional Brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo). They’re cheesy, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and made with real ingredients — no gluten, soy, sugar, or artificial stuff.
  • Are Moo Bites gluten-free?
Yes! Moo Bites are naturally gluten-free thanks to cassava flour, just like the original pão de queijo recipe. They’re perfect for anyone avoiding gluten — without giving up flavor.
  • How do I prepare Moo Bites?
It’s super easy! Just pop them in the air fryer for 15 minutes or bake them in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes until they’re golden and puffy. No prep, no mess — just cheesy goodness ready to go.
  • Do Moo Bites need to be refrigerated or frozen?
Yes, Moo Bites are kept frozen to preserve freshness. Just store them in the freezer and bake whenever you’re ready for a delicious snack.
  • Do Moo Bites have cheese inside like a filling?
Nope! The cheese is mixed into the dough, not stuffed inside. That’s what gives them their unique texture — slightly chewy, cheesy throughout, and totally addictive.
